How do I book a ride?+

From the home page or the Book page, enter your pickup and drop-off addresses. Choose your vehicle type and options, then confirm. The price is shown before booking.

What payment methods are accepted?+

We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe, as well as cash payment directly to the driver.

How do I cancel a ride?+

As long as no driver has accepted the ride, you can cancel it free of charge from the tracking page. Once a driver has been assigned, cancellation fees may apply.

Can I book in advance?+

Yes, you can schedule a ride in advance by choosing a date and time when booking. The driver will be there at the agreed time.

How do I become a Yahop driver?+

Register as a driver with your professional VTC card. After our team validates your documents (within 24–48 hours), you can start receiving ride requests.

Is my data protected?+

Yes. Payments are secured by Stripe (your bank details never pass through our servers). Your personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

What should I do if there is a problem during a ride?+

Contact us immediately by phone. You can also use the in-app chat to reach your driver directly.
